Mom Classic Moist Zucchini Bread!!🌸

When it comes to zucchini bread, in my house everyone had one slice but always follows another. I’m hoping that you will enjoy this recipe of moist zucchini bread as much as we do….pair it with tea or coffee have a blessed Sunday!!!

Ingredients
3 cups all-purpose flour IMG_4934
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
2 cups sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
3 large eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
3 cups grated zucchini
1/2 cup frozen grated coconut, thawed
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
1/2 cup maraschino cherries

Directions
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F. Make sure to grease two 5-by-9-inch loaf pans with cooking spray.
In a mixing bowl, sift together this dry ingredients flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon and salt, and nutmeg. In a separate bowl mix, the sugar, oil and beaten eggs then add to the flour mixture. Stir in the grated zucchini, coconut, walnuts, and cherries.
Pour the batter into the loaf pans and bake about 1 hour inserted toothpick into the center of the loaf if the toothpick comes out clean. Let it cool for 10 minutes before removing the loaves from the pans. Turn the bread out onto wire racks to cool completely….~ ❤ ~ Happy Cooking!!
